Omnia Stovetop Mega Kit

The Omnia’s simple, robust design features three parts that work together to provide heat from above and below: the pan, the base and the lid. These three parts must always be used together.

The Omnia Pan is a specially designed circular container with a hole in the middle. It stands on a bowl-shaped base that also has a hole in the middle. The base is designed to direct heat from the heat source around the bottom of the Omnia Pan. The holes in the base and the Omnia pan conduct the heat up and through the Omnia where it hits the lid and provides heat from the top.

The Omnia works on all heat sources except induction stovetops. The heat of the Omnia will vary in relation to the heat source used.

If this is the first time you are using your Omnia, we recommend testing with a simple recipe, such as a ready-made cake batter, to figure out the right heat for your particular stove.

A custom made baking rack for Omnia
Makes cooking, baking and steaming easier. For everything you want the hot air to circulate around, such as:
- Baked potatoes
- Fries
- Chicken wings
- Pre-baked bread

Custom-made for the Omnia, the Silicone Mould is soft and, pliable, easy to wash, even in a small sink, and easy to stow away. The naturally non-stick Silicone Mould is available in two versions, Single pack in Red and Beige and Burgundy as a DUO-pack.

Material:
BPA-free silicone. Meets US FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and German LFGB (Food and Feed Code) standards.

Use:
Wash the Silicone Mould in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly before first use.
Grease the inside with oil, butter or shortening to enhance the natural non-stick performance. Wash and rinse with cold water before each use to enhance the non-stick performance.
Place inside the Omnia Pan before adding ingredients.
It will be easier to remove soft cakes if you grease the mould with a little oil, butter or shortening. Let the mould cool before turning out the cake.

Warning:
The Silicone Mould and all parts of the Omnia get very hot. Always use a potholder or oven mitts and follow usage instructions for the Omnia oven.

Easy cleaning and a non stick solution:
The silicone mould gives you a non-stick solution for your Omnia Stovetop Oven. It makes also the dishwashing easier, both due to size and less sticking.
