If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We will do our best to satisfy your expectations and help you to be happy with your purchased items.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the order number as proof of purchase.

You may exchange or return an item for a refund within 7 days of having received it. The 7 day period begins on the day the product is delivered to you. Once initiating a return you have 14 days to ship it or you'll lose refund. To be clear, you have 7 days after receiving the product to initiate a return and 14 days after it is initiated to get it out the door.

Once your returned item is received, we will use the same dispatch and delivery process detailed on our shipping policy page.

How to make Exchange or Return

To start a return, simply submit your request to shop@nomadnature.com.au

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For textile products (such as clothing, blanket and awning), only items that have been unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, are free of stains and odours, and that have their original tags (if any) affixed with be eligible for return or exchange.
If an exchange or return has been granted, you will be charged if your return item does not meet the aforementioned standards.

For returns/exchanges due to change of heart, we will need to charge you on the shipping costs required to complete the returns/exchanges.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
